I have been in to Trek Claremont several times to buy a bike or get bikes serviced. I have dealt with a number of their staff and every single time I have been impressed by their helpfulness, honesty and just general good old fashioned customer service. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I always get great service at The Bicycle Entrepreneur Nedlands (Trek Bicycles), but my most recent visit was extra special. When I got there the shop was closed for a special event. I knocked anyway and the staff inside opened up for me and I was able to get what I needed (new bike shoes). Thanks guys.

I actually went to an independent shop first to buy a bike and the guy there (I won't name the shop) was so unhelpful I ended up going to TBE to buy it instead, I found them to be very helpful & polite. I've been back several times since and will continue to shop there as it's always a pleasurable experience. Good customer service, i'd definitely recommend.

Wonderful bike shop! We arrived from the US with our touring bikes and were having trouble getting them realigned properly after being boxed up for the flights. The guys at TBE saved the day. Within minutes our bikes were rolling along nicely again. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
