Mark and the midland team has been so accommodating. Allowing long distance lay-bys, since we live 7 hrs away. Was able to modify our lay-bys and then was assisted in fittings for future lay-bys aswel. Warming to know the Kalvegas team was known by names, good personal interactions!

Could not fault these guys, especially Dylan, I gave him a small challenge. I purchased a bike from somewhere else and had trouble with it from day one. I brought it to Midland Cycles and got nothing but top quality customer service. I can now do my 200km ride knowing that my bike is now working the way it should have from the start. Great customer service, great advice thank you and great support. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you again.

Very impressed with the service provided at the Karratha BMX club over the weekend. Great service, staff spent a lot of time talking me through helmets and very happy with my purchase for my little fella. Can’t wait to visit the store in a few weeks when in Perth. Very happy overall! Thanks again

We keep going back again and again. I feel like I’m respected as a customer even though I often walk in with two well-loved boys bikes (not $$ ones!) needing basic repair and a bit of TLC. It’s not an intimidating “serious bike riders only” sort of place, and their customer service is exceptional.

Took my bike in for a brake service, the (brand new) brake pads came back mangled and the brakes are completely unbalanced, they knew of the issues when handing me the bike back but were unwilling to do anything about it. On top of this they tried to charge me more than they'd originally quoted. Friendly service but don't seem to value customers.

Had an issue with my wheel and took it in to the guys at Midland Cycles last week. I couldn't be happier with the repairs - they did a fantastic job, for an excellent price & the customer service was great as well! Will definitely be going back for all of my cycling needs.
